I'm an English speaking yoga and meditation teacher passionate about sharing the incredible benefits of yoga, meditation and breath work, be it in the studio, in private sessions or in corporate classes. I believe in making all three of these practices, either combined as yoga or in separate workshops more accessible and accepted in everyones daily lives. My vinyasa yoga classes are dynamic and playful, while my yin classes are reenergising and deep. For both meditation and breath work, I aim to introduce simple, techniques that can enhance daily lives, in a straightforward and tangible way.
