I teach yoga to bring more peace and stability to your life. Depending on your interest, my classes will focus on; breathwork, meditation, flexibility, strength, or a mix of all four. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training for Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga in India at the beginning of 2020. However, I first fell in love with yoga at the beginning of 2018 whilst living in London. Upon finding yoga, I felt my world was flipped upside down. The daily stresses of a busy life were quieted by an inner peace I had not previously experienced. Yoga provided the tools to not only feel physically strong and mobile but also the mental strength to continue living a life of peace, kindness, and happiness towards myself and the world. It was not long after finding yoga that I realized how powerful this practice is and my desire to share it with others.
