Über mich

I have been teaching yoga for 12 years. Trained in Vinyasa in New York City at Laughing Lotus and I travel to India every year to train with world renowned teachers in Iyengar (alignment yoga style). I take my training and teaching very seriously and have never had any client injuries. Even though I take my teaching and training seriously I definitely have a fun, creative and light-hearted approach to bring joy into the practice. :)
